Information used for enquiries and orders

When you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, company, gifting requirements and, where an order requires it, recipient contact and delivery details. We use this to respond, prepare quotations, fulfil agreed orders and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Supply recipient information only where you have an appropriate basis to share it.

WhatsApp and social media

Our Chat Linbellu link opens WhatsApp when selected. It is a direct contact link and does not send messages automatically. If you message us, we receive the phone number, profile information and message content made available through WhatsApp. We use this to respond and handle your enquiry. WhatsApp and our Facebook and Instagram pages operate under their own provider privacy terms and may process information internationally. Social links do not load social-media tracking widgets on this site.

Please avoid sending identity documents, card details or unnecessary sensitive information in chat. Email Lindie for privacy requests. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists merely because they ask a question.

Sharing and safeguards

Information needed to fulfil an order may be shared with relevant couriers, payment providers and service providers. Access should be limited to the purpose, with appropriate safeguards. Personal information is not sold. Any international processing arrangements and operator agreements must be checked by Linbellu before launch.

Retention and your rights

Information is retained only for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements. Ask Linbellu for the applicable retention period. You may request access or correction, object to qualifying processing, or request deletion where permitted by law. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Website storage and optional analytics

This website stores your cookie preference in your browser. Google Analytics is optional and loads only if it has been configured and you accept analytics. If enabled, it measures page visits and clicks on enquiry links to help improve the site. An enquiry-link click does not confirm that an email was sent or an order was placed.

Analytics can involve online identifiers, device/browser information and usage data processed by Google, including outside South Africa. Advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this implementation. Email addresses, message content and recipient details are not intentionally sent as analytics event parameters. Google Analytics cookies may be used after acceptance.
